This bracelet is from the Mineralogy line.

The incredible colour of the gems, the geometric perfection of certain crystal shapes, the properties of certain minerals... are truly fascinating. Man has cultivated his knowledge of stones since prehistoric times, and this knowledge took the form of a science called Mineralogy in the Renaissance. Thus, stones soon came to dominate the cabinets of curiosities, for their appearance and their origin. The Mineralogy line wants to restore the atmosphere of the study of the stones of the past.

This jewel is imagined around malachite, a very characteristic stone with its dark green appearance veined with light green; the stone is represented in the manner of an ancient mineralogical illustrated board, in relief as if it were coming out of the board. Engraved motifs all around are inspired by motifs that once adorned the windows of stone collectors' cabinets.

The central element, signed "Res Mirum" on the back, is attached to a chain, one end of which is embellished with a silver label signed "Res Mirum" on the front, "Bijouterie de Curiosités" on the back. The chain used is of the "forçat ronde", a sturdy chain made in France.

Details

This bracelet is 16 cm long plus 2 cm of extension chain. Possibility of different sizes on request. The central element is 24 mm by 17 mm.
