This bracelet is from the line Boudoir. The Boudoir line recreates the refined atmosphere of these intimate salons that appeared in the 13th century in castles and bourgeois houses, through the richly decorated tapestries and brocades that were found there. Thus, the jewels of the Boudoir line evoke the pomp and delicacy of the Victorian or Marie-Antoinette styles. If you are curious to know more about the atmosphere & history of this line, it is here !
This jewel wants to pay homage to the city of Lyon, through two symbols that characterize it; the lion appearing on the city's coat of arms, and the candelabra for the "city of light". These elements are represented here stylized and repeated at regular intervals as would be the motifs of a tapestry, inside a gadroon frame. These motifs are engraved with a texture that reproduces the grain of a wallpaper.
The central element, curved to fit the wrist, is attached to a chain, one end of which is embellished with a silver label signed "Res Mirum" on the front, "Bijouterie de Curiosités" on the back. The chain used is of the "forçat ronde", a sturdy chain made in France.
Details
This bracelet is 16 cm long plus 2 cm extension chain, the length of the curved central element is 50 mm and its height 17 mm. Possibility of different sizes on request.

This jewel is made of solid silver 925‰, manufactured by us in an artisanal way. We have designed it in an eco-responsible way, see our ethics for more information.
Finishing : We give the silver an antique patina to give the jewellery an antique cachet, and bring out the details of the patterns and engravings.
Packaging : The jewel is presented in a small velvet purse, slipped into a retro cardboard envelope closed with a wax seal with the initials of Res Mirum.
Maintenance and warranty : The ancient patina of this jewel will harmoniously accompany its ageing; there is no specific maintenance to be foreseen. Some precautions however can be useful to know, that you can discover in the heading interview.
